Mid-Century modern doors are the hidden passages to happier times.
We're selling some pieces from the Tony Trov Collection over the next few weeks.
This piece will require very little restoration work, The previous owners maintained the door's original hardware including the kick plate and mail slot. Honestly it was difficult to give this one up, there's so much to love here.
Pick-Up Only. Not responsible for installation. The Door will be on display in our Passyunk Avenue shop during business hours.

The Tofani doors were made in the first half of the 20th century, in the Colonial Revival style. Tofani doors are distinct paneled wood doors with beveled glass panes, etched at the center of each is a starburst design. A single dot with rays of light emanating from the centerpoint. There are several different shapes of window – a keyhole, a porthole, a heart, or a square with a curved-top. The glass was purchased from the H. Perilstein Glass Company. Founded in 1898 Perilstein had a few workshops around 6th and South to 5th and Lombard.
